Just a little update on my case, our status changed to "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for an Interview" today. It's a small victory but at least it's something. Our case was filed April 15th. 

Married since 3/10/2017

Concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131

04/12/2019: Mailed package via USPS 

04/15/2019: Priority Date/Package received

04/22/2019: Text Message and Checks cashed

04/26/2019: NOA1 hard copy

05/03/2019: Biometrics Letter

05/06/2019: Recieved RFE (forgot co-sponsors proof of citizenship on I-864)

05/07/2019: Sent Response to RFE

05/13/2019: Response to RFE received by USCIS

05/14/2019: Biometrics completed

05/23/2019: I-693 courtesy letter

06/06/2019: Requested EAD Expedite

06/11/2019: Faxed Proof of Financial Loss to USCIS

07/29/2019: Case status updated to "Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview”

02/12/2029: Case status updated to show interview was scheduled

03/19/2020: Interview date

We are at the Miami field office and my husband is adjusting from a B2 visa. We actually may be moving to Washington DC in the next month or 2 but now I'm wondering if that would delay our case or cause any issues..

Sadly, there's a big difference between "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for an Interview" and "Interview was Scheduled" ...

AOS Checklist

  • Cover Letter listing Table of Contents

Form I-485 (completed and signed by non-US Citizen/beneficiary)

  • Form G-1145 
  • Copy of beneficiary's Passport with biographical page 
  • Copy of beneficiary's K1 Visa from Passport and entry stamp 
  • Copy of NOA2 Approval letter (from K1 process) 
  • I-94 
  • Copy of beneficiary's Birth Certificate 
  • translation of birth certificate
  • Certified copy of Marriage License 
  • Passport Photos (2) name written on the back 
  • Copy of DS-3025 

 

Form I-864 (completed and signed by USC) (goes with form I-485)

  • Proof of USC's citizenship (copy of birth certificate, copy of passport bio page, or other)
  • 2018, 2017 (optional), and 2016 (optional) Tax Return (with W-2) or Transcripts
  • Employment Verification letter (updated one - not the one used during K1 process) 
  • Paystubs (last 3 months) 

 

Form I-765 (completed and signed by non-US Citizen/beneficiary)

  • Copy of beneficiary's Passport with biographical page 
  • Copy of beneficiary's K1 Visa from Passport and entry stamp 
  • I-94

That's not exactly what we sent (I'd just copied it from an earlier thread, cleaned up the formatting, and fixed a few things I noticed were wrong, but would have made some further edits later if I could have), but she did send a copy of the DS-3025 from her medical, which is the vaccination report I think.

 

I'm not going to be 100% confident everything was right until she's got her green card, but we are at "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" and have been since May 15 with no RFEs.
