You have been married for over two years and so can petition to AOS on your own.

My husband and i have been married for 2 and 3/4 years he is in aos status... and they are doing an FBI name check... he voluntarily left the marriage with no warning and for No reason, so i believe it to be a marriage scam. What can i do to stop him from becoming legal because that is no way to enter the united states on a scam. Thanks for all who answer me smile.gif
