Upgrade I-130 after naturalization

Hello,

I would like to know how much time does USCIS take to upgrade form I-130 for Spouse after Naturalization.

I submitted the I-130 application when I was a permanent resident (Green card) in March 2018, I got the receipt(Form I-797C) in return stating the petition is in "review", not Approved.

Recently I became a US Citizen in last week of Feb 2019 and in that same week I sent my request to upgrade I-130 petition with Naturalization certificate copy, cover latter requesting to upgrade and receipt copy, I sent it to the same address where I sent my i-130 petition earlier. It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't received anything from USCIS and it still says in "review" on USCIS online account.

Questions:
- Any idea how much time does USCIS takes to upgrade the file?
- Do I have to send more citizenship evidence apart from Naturalization certificate?
- Do I have to send i130 Upgrade request to NVC as well?

Upgrading is essentially instant once they are notified, but the upgrade has no impact on the USCIS part of the timeline.  It will make things go more quickly AFTER the petition is approved.
