LIN filer here.  Case was updated yesterday to "New Card is Being Produced".  Case received on April 22nd, Biometrics on October 17th, no interview.

Wow, they are looking at the supporting documents that keenly. I think if this the only request in RFE, then you’re soo close to the approval. All the best.

Any EAC (transferred to Potomac) movement lately? I feel like I was seeing SO MUCH and now I am not. It's super upsetting because even if I were to file for n400 (I plan to eventually), there are no USCIS offices open in my city (NYC) I feel like it won't do anything but potentially delay my i-751 if they get looped together.

Transferred to Potomac Feb 6th, nothing has changed since. We were originally Vermont, a friend of ours submitted weeks after us, ended up at Vermont also, never transferred and was approved over a month ago.

My case was transferred to a different local office on January 22nd (I think it was Potomac but I can't remember for sure). Woke up this morning to an email saying that the new card is in production! They initially received our application on April 1, 2019.
