In my case status it says Case received April 30th 2019. Only received the green card extension and nothing else. No biometrics... Is this normal?

Normal.  The biometrics letter comes separately......

Hi all I'm April filer with a devorce waver did biometric in July and nothing since. Got an update for near by case for a case tracker that it was approved this morning this case is 3-4 cases after mine how does uscis approve? This is so frustrating 😔

Happens to me every week, new cases around my own receipt number are being approved or RFE'd but my case hasn't been touched. Just because close by cases are being worked on doesn't mean your case will be worked on anytime soon, but it at least gives a bit of hope. At least we know they're working on April cases now, but every case is different and some wait much longer than others.

My case status still says: Case Received July 30, 2019. Did my biometrics in Sept but status never got updated. Vermont Center.

Yeah it seems like when people still have a pending i-751 and file the N-400, their i-751 case status updates to show the case was transferred. That means the case is going to the local field office for a combo interview. I don't know if that's still the case now during covid-19, but I'm not taking that risk, I'd rather wait with the N-400 if it means that my ROC gets processed instead.

I filed for n400 with i751 pending and they did not transferred to local office yet. Maybe it will soon

I think in current situation it is preferred that I-751 and N-400 are worked on separately. It looks like there won’t be any interviews for months at least. So chances are that I-751 will be done sooner (if it does not require an interview) than a combined case. Imo

Well it's only 8.30 in the morning but it's already a great day. Stimulus money showing in the bank account AND i-751 approved.

I sent my i-751 on April 22, 2019. NOA1 date is April 24, 2019.
