CR1 is for those who moved to the USA with immigrant visa while CR6 was issued to those who came on non-immigrant visa and then adjusted status. I am trying to find a trend here. Thank you

I am a CR6, and I haven’t heard anything since case received.

 

However, when we did AoS, we were observed, too. Just hoping that this doesn’t take too long, and why should there be such a big difference.

Seems like it depends on your local office as well as your processing center. Which center did your case go to?

I got a WAC receipt, which is super uncommon that it made/ makes me a bit concerned. What’s The status of WAC compared to other centers?

I got the WAC receipt as well. It means it is getting processed in California service center. No update since the NOA since April.

Don't worry, a lot of people in this thread have their cases at WAC (California).

Hi .any link for EAC  Vermont service center did my bio July 2nd got updated on the 3rd that fingerprint review was completed nothing since it been 82 days since fingerprint review

Hello! We are also at EAC for processing. My husband did his biometrics on June 4 and it's been crickets since then. We have the same online status as you. 

 

Hubby arrived on a K-1 and AOS took nearly 17 months. At that time, we were living in Minneapolis, but relocated to DC last year. I was hoping ROC would move faster in our new location, but not holding my breath at this point.

They checked our documents. we gave them couple of updated documents and photos and we're good.

Thanks for the info. I am a MSC filer too. I have my interview for Oct 27th
