It appears those of us doing ROC from CR-1 visas are getting interviews. 

I haven’t gotten any update since application received......

 

What cities are you guys in? And what center did you send your application to?

 

Did you guys have a biometric appointment?

Portland, OR. Biometrics already done (see timeline in my signature). No waiver. Application went directly to MSC.

The notice was very standard. Just saying that the new office now has jurisdiction over my case. That’s it.

Sure sounds like a whole lot of moving around for nothing. Who knows if those messages you receive are even correct at this point.

Yeah, I'm pretty blown away by how fast it has gone. Portland is a quicker office (according to stats on the USCIS for average wait times), so that might have something to do with it.

Huh! I agree with you, it sounds like your biometric appointment was waived... I'm no expert, though.

Those of you who have either been scheduled for interview or gotten approved. Could you please tell me if you are removing conditions from CR1 or CR6? CR1 is for those who moved to the USA with immigrant visa while CR6 was issued to those who came on non-immigrant visa and then adjusted status. I am trying to find a trend here. Thank you

Thank you, it does seem like CR1 is getting scheduled for interviews as someone earlier observed. Mine is CR6, I hope we get updates soon
