For anyone that is waiting for a packet to get returned, how long did it take. I have been waiting for almost a month and green card expires on 25 of July. Time is not on our side.

Just to make sure, the payment should be 680? I got my packet returned this week for wrong payment. Also anyone who got their packet back are you just sending it back as is looks like the pages got scanned or something? Are we allowed to add additional things?

$595 for the i-751 and $85 for biometrics. 

 

You can absolutely add additional proof if you have more. Send the rest as it is, but obviously with a new check/cc form in the correct amount.

On the first sheet of the I-751 I corrected a part with a pen write before I mailed it should I redo the first sheet or leave it as is? Do we sent one check with both amounts included? Probably silly questions.

If possible, it's better to have it typed on a computer instead of writing with a pen. Especially no mixing between the two. It's probably not the end of the world but when they scan the information my guess is that computer typed is preferred. If you're going to change things on the form you can might as well print the whole thing, not just the first page. That way you can also put a newer date on the form if you like.

Nice to see you guys back here. My 90 days windows opens in couple of days and meanwhile I have accumulated the following as evidence to submit. Can you guys please review my evidence and let me know if this is sufficient? Or please add if you have added in something extra

 

1. Rental Lease Agreement
2. Driver's licence showing address proofs
3. Tax Statements, W2s  for years 2016,2017, 2018
4. Bank Statements of various banks to show co-mingling of accounts for year 2017,2018
5. Trip itinerary's of all the trips that have been taken up in the years 2017, 2018
6. Statements of husband's insurance showing that I am a beneficiary and the transactions showing the insurance's utilisation
7. utility bills (as applicable)
8. Various pictures showing us together, visiting various cities on trips taken.

I have not included any notarized affidavits.

Should I include any evidence from our wedding or even before I had my conditional residence was approved?

Can you also tell me if there is a need to submit my payslips?

 

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.
