For those that got their package returned for early filing, how soon did you receive your paperwork back in the mail?

Hi. They returned mine. Sent it to them April 3, I received it back by April 13. So I sent the same package again by April 15 which is Monday.

When did your window open?

 

My package got delivered on April 22nd and window starts on April 27th. I still haven't received or heard anything from them.

Sometimes, it takes several weeks to receive the rejected I-751 package.

My package got delivered just 1 day before 90 days window and returned back after 3 weeks. Package delivered to AZ PO on April 12th , got returned back on May 2nd.

Now that almost all April filers are in (since we're well into May already), I wonder if this thread will quiet down a bit. 

 

For those who sent their packets in too early and will be sending it out later, you might want to check out the May 2019 filers thread (if you haven't already):

You will have to wait from initial GC and applying for Removal of condition for 33 months plus few days before you can apply for N400..

Where are you getting this info?

 

GC holders can apply for the N-400 when they meet all eligiblity criteria and their early filing window opens. It says so right here:

Right now I don't even want to think about another application/petition. Too much work. 😑 I'm sure that 1 year from now I'll be ready to take on the next step though, so I probably will.

I am planning to apply for citizenship next year. I am able to file after three years of permanent residence.

Hello everyone hope all is good. We sent package on the 18th of April was received on the 22nd of April the notice date was the 25th of April (extension letter) but one thing is the receipt number is coming up as an error in status check online site at uscis. Any suggestions?
