Nice to see you guys back here. My 90 days windows opens in couple of days and meanwhile I have accumulated the following as evidence to submit. Can you guys please review my evidence and let me know if this is sufficient? Or please add if you have added in something extra

 

  1. Rental Lease Agreement
  2. Driver's licence showing address proofs
  3. Tax Statements, W2s  for years 2016,2017, 2018
  4. Bank Statements of various banks to show co-mingling of accounts for year 2017,2018
  5. Trip itinerary's of all the trips that have been taken up in the years 2017, 2018
  6. Statements of husband's insurance showing that I am a beneficiary and the transactions showing the insurance's utilisation
  7. utility bills (as applicable)
  8. Various pictures showing us together, visiting various cities on trips taken.

I have not included any notarized affidavits.

Should I include any evidence from our wedding or even before I had my conditional residence was approved?

Can you also tell me if there is a need to submit my payslips?

 

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

Nice to see you back here also.  Two years goes by quickly.  From what I see you should be in good shape.   I did include two notarized affidavits, one from a relative and one from a friend.  Good luck in the new wait.

I wonder if I will receive a text or email that my package will be returned for filing early. Package was delieved April 26 no text or email yet of early rejection.

 

It's been like 7 or 8 days no news yet. With the other petitions we sent in, we get a receipt notice it's been accepted on the 4th day it's been Delivered.

If it was received a day before the 90 days allowed they will send it back. They are pretty strict about it. Maybe you'll be lucky.

Yes, it will be returned to you and most likely you will not receive an email, you will just get the package back, and then resend it.

They don't have a specific timeline. It could be any day now. 

I have seen people on the forum getting it in 2 weeks, but I have also seen people getting it back in 2 months.

@alexpop13 - Do you have any idea why it took them so long (over a month) to send you the NOA extension letter? My i751 packet reached on 4/30 and am wondering how long it will take to receive the NOA. Eagerly waiting to apply for EU/UK visas...

They had issues back then. They would issue the NOA1 but never printed and actually mailed it. 

The issue was resolved in December, I believe.

 

If you go back to June - August for WAC fillers they had to wait over a month to just have the check cashed.

I mailed the I751 pacakage on April27th, was delivered on April29th. I received a text yesterday, May2nd with the receipt #. How long before I can check the status online? Right now it does not recognize the receipt#.

If you check it on the new site it usually works. Old one be probably won't work until after biometrics or so.
