I have TWO i-797s. My first package was lost and then found three weeks later. The second package was processed first because I sent it overnight using UPS.

Now i have blocked the first check because I already have a case pending and they didnt get paid. I wonder if it will impact my first case. What a mess

Just sent off my documents today.  Of course the plan was to send it on the first day my window was open, the 15th, but I didn't have the motivation to get it done by then.  Package is supposed to be delivered on Monday.

Package was delivered yesterday.  Now I just wait.

Nice to see you guys back here. My 90 days windows opens in couple of days and meanwhile I have accumulated the following as evidence to submit. Can you guys please review my evidence and let me know if this is sufficient? Or please add if you have added in something extra

  1. Rental Lease Agreement
  2. Driver's licence showing address proofs
  3. Tax Statements, W2s  for years 2016,2017, 2018
  4. Bank Statements of various banks to show co-mingling of accounts for year 2017,2018
  5. Trip itinerary's of all the trips that have been taken up in the years 2017, 2018

  7. utility bills (as applicable)
  8. Various pictures showing us together, visiting various cities on trips taken.

I have not included any notarized affidavits.

Can you also tell me if there is a need to submit my payslips?

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

Makes sense that the person applying is both beneficiary and petitioner/applicant. It's me who needs this benefit (ie I'm the beneficiary) and it's my petition (ie I'm the petitioner). My USC husband doesn't really have much to do with this application at all.

Do you have renter's insurance, car insurance, life insurance, dental insurance? Do you own your car together? Do you have a shared credit card? Anything with both of your names on it, include it. :)

I did not include payslips in my petition.

My package got delivered on April 12th , one day before 90 day window kickoff. It’s already been past 3 weeks, no NOA/ email/text, or atleast returned package. I am still waiting on what happened to my package. Every one( who filed correctly) getting NOA confirmation in a week or so.

thank you,

Can someone please advise, should I call USCIS about my application? It’s getting closer to one month and I haven’t received any confirmation or returned package. I am really getting nervous as I am in India right now ( went to India after sending my application to AZ locker box) and will be coming to USA on May 6th, I don’t know if CBP will create any problem for me at POE.

You can always call USCIS but I doubt you'll get any information from them if your case was rejected, and people do get rejected for early filing, even if it's just one single day. Is someone at your house in the US that can take care of your mail? Once you get the package back in your mailbox they can ship it back again for you if you're not back in the US by then.

I assume they haven't cashed your check yet?

Thank you, I sent money order. So no way to check if it cashed or not. My concern is also about port of entry, Will CBP create any issue as my GC will be expiring in just couple of months (7/13/2019) and I am landing on 5/6, with no NOA in hand.

If your greencard is still valid on the date you enter the US you won't have any issues, no. So make sure to come back before your card expires.
