There has been one recent case which was received at USCIS early.......The poster received no communication at all until the rejected package appeared in his/her mail....weeks later......could be the case here...sorry.

My advice (for what it's worth) is to wait until the 90 days window opens before you mail the I-751......one or two days will not matter in the long run...unless it's early.

Yes, especially if you're not completely sure which exact day your window opens - rather file a few days later to be sure you're not filing too early. 

 

I filed a few days after my window opened too (but only because I didn't complete the package on time) and it feels good knowing at least my petition won't be rejected for filing too early.

I mailed my wife's 4 days after the window opened...... exactly 1 week later we received the I-797 extension letter......

That's really fast. I'm still waiting, won't feel safe until I get the acceptance messages. 😭 😂

Mu husband's ROC filing date opened on March 30, 2019. We mailed the packet April 1st, then got NOA via text on April 9th.

Can I know how many days before , package got. There earlier? In my case just one day , specifically few hours earlier I can say before 90 day period starts. I am confused as my documents reached AZ PO on 12th April, if every thing goes well I should receive NOA by now. I haven’t received any communication( letter/ email/ text) as of now.

My window opened on April 19, I sent my package on April 22 and it was delivered on April 24. Hopefully I hear something from USCIS this week that starts tomorrow.

My wife received her extension letter 1 week after mailing the package.

My husband's arrived 11 days after filing. USCIS says to contact them if you do not receive any extension letter within 1 month after filing.

I was reading in the November filers thread a while back and it took over a month for many of them to receive the extension letters. USCIS must've sped up the process a lot since.
