I-751 April 2019 Filers

Does anyone know when we’ll be informed whether we need or need not to do a fingerprint?

 

And when would an RFE be arriving if any?

I just recieved my package in the mail today for early filing outside 90 days.

 

They divided my package in two and everything got stapled with heavy duty staple. My pictures were placed in a small yellow Manila folder. It seems like every page have been scanned, at the bottom of every page. The cashier check was placed with the 1st set of paperwork with a NOA rejection letter and a green notice.

 

Do I mail everything back as is, or do I rearrange everything like it was originally sent.? It seemed like everything was scanned already, um not sure if I need to send the pictures again.

Was your package divided into two? I just received mine today, not sure if I mail my pictures too. They were placed in manila folder. Do i need to do anything special with it?

I got mine today too after 4 weeks. I'm juat going to send the way I received except I sent money order first time and now I'm gonna replace it with checks. 

 

I sent photo albums too. I received only an album in a week saying they can't put that with my file. I got paperwork back after 4 weeks indicating I sent it too early.

I had my bio-metric done on 05/21/2019 but myUSCIS still shows 

 

How long does it take for the status to be updated after bio-metrics?

We did receive a separate I-797, extension letter for her!

I included my daughter as my dependent on my i-751 and we received separate receipts from USCIS. I am able to see the status of my Receipt# on myUSCIS but unable to check my daughter's status with her receipt#. Does anybody have any ideas on how I can see her status?

I received my text confirmation exactly a month ago today (4/24) and my extension letter a few days later. I'm wondering if I should have had a biometrics letter by now? Do they send you a letter to let you know that you won't need one or do they just not send anything if it's not necessary? I'm hoping it didn't get lost in the mail or something....How soon does the biometrics letter usually come?

I think it depends on the field office.  My husband did his May 16th, and his file is not updated yet.  But I have seen people have thier case updated within 24 hours.

I'm wondering that, too. My NOA date is April 30 and I still haven't received a biometrics letter. Perhaps it depends on your local biometrics office?

Your NOA date is a day after mine. Hopefully it means I'll receive my biometrics letter in a couple of days.

Biometrics is just something that has to be done before they can make a decision. So it's definitely not important to have it done now, it can take months to get an appointment. The later the better actually, as biometrics are only valid for a certain amount of time.

it varies greatly, our package was received on April 25 and we did not get NOA until May 20
