I resubmitted my tax transcript on the NVC website on March 15th and still haven’t got any responses from the NVC.

Is anybody still waiting for the NVC to review documents already submitted? If so, how long have you been waiting?

I’ve uploaded all files and paid all fees.  The email I got from NVC told me to submit all forms. CEAC shows submitted. In my CEAC status it tells me to mail all the forms to NVC but online it says to upload or mail. Am is supposed to do both for Manila?  Upload and mail?  Has anyone else been through this?  It is so bizarre.  First I get an email saying that they received the AoS package and they include a cover sheet for mailing to NVC.  10 minutes later I get an email that says IN BOLD Do not mail anything to NVC even if previously told to do so. Then my CEAC status tells me to mail all documents to NVC.

Does anyone else have an experience like this?

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

2.  Passport data page

3.  Tax Form 1040 or the Tax Transcript

4.  Passport pictures (current)

5.  Tax return related documents (W2, worksheets, etc.)

6.  Form 260 (complete online on CEAC)

7.  AOS (Form 864) ... read online to determine which version of the 864 to complete

8.  Paystubs and other proof of finances ... read the requirements online

9.   National ID

10.  Birth certificate

11.  Marriage certificate

go to travel.state.gov and click on The Immigrant Visa Process and read EVERY step throughly

I am so confused about the orientation of passport page and photos. Some say thery got rejected because of uploading horizontally and someone said vertically.

Can I know how did you upload yours?

Just make sure your documents are not upside down or sideways.

They should be be positioned in the same way you would hold them if you were reading them or looking at them in your hands.

Seems to be a lot of confusion regarding this.  Initially, when I read "right side up", I thought the right side of the document should be up.  I think the simple thing to remember is that if NVC people don't have to tilt their heads to read, you're in good shape.

The NVC will tell you they have 3 weeks to review documents each time you submit them.

My my first submission took 8 days. My second took 12 days. I just resubmitted again for a third time yesterday.
