I just got a "Notice regarding your Immigrant Visa Case" e-mail 3 hours ago, but nothing changed yet on the website, such slow process.

I just wish to know if I need to resubmit anything so I can go after that as quick as possible... Sigh

Did you talk to supervisor or customer service representative told you it was sent. Mine was approved march 19 and no updates. I called nvc they told me not received yet. I called uscis they told me take upto 90 days. They wont let me talk to supervisor.
