Oh ok so I just need to upload a scanned of her biometric page of her passport?

For me it had both. One upload for the “biometric copy of passport” and another separate upload for “2 passport pictures”.

You need to call NVC first and confirm if they received your case...sometime online app don’t get updated...if NVC knowledges that they have received your case then u don’t have to worry about anything...but if NVC don’t have your case as of this date ...u need to call USCIS and speak to Tier 2 officer or supervisor and find out why your case has not been transferred to NVC....

I called uscis but the representative told me it will take upto 90 days and she denied to tranfer the call to tier 2 supervisor

Oh!! That's so disheartening! :(  I have read in this thread that it takes almost 6 weeks to get a case number after it reaches NVC. That's way too much of a wait for us :(

I submitted my documents on 4/13. No updates yet. I hope we will get some updates this week. Gosh, this is taking so long! I hope the maintenance today doesn't impact anything.

I saw it too. I don't know what's going on with NVC. Definitely not first in first out. I kept on checking my emails and CEAC for messages...but nope nothing...everything shows as submitted.

I know! I hate how inconsistent the NVC is. Resubmitted on April 25th just one document they rejected so not sure when they will review it. Everything else they already accepted. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

I am lucky that I live with my husband here in Brazil, can’t imagine all those couples that need to endure apart this ridiculous long process!

NVC usuall updates the "Current case file creation time"  on monday by 9am PST, but they havent done it yet. im wondeirng is it because they are pushing an update on CEAC platform or just not updating it at all today and have to wait till next week?

anyone thoughts on this?
