Now there is a very strange situation: I got a message on April 13 that my son (petitioner for both parents) doesn’t meet the minimum required income and the consular officer will decide whether approve or not my petition,  while my husband didn’t. Since my son is a very well payed self employed lawyer (lucky him!) and his tax return prove it, we thought it could have been a misreading by the person looking at my file.  Today my husband received the same message. We looked again very carefully at the required minimum income on Government website and it is very below my son income for the last two years. Has somebody a reasonably explanation about that? I’m getting pretty nervous!

NVC Accepts the return transcripts : usually four pages and detailed . If you can please provide w2s with that . All my documents were submitted and accepted however NVC requested my w2s So now I wait due to missing item . I rectified the error in like 30 minutes though lol

Okay thanks 🙏 I hope they answer you quickly

I think your son should call NVC and find out why those messages were sent.

Hi everyone, our !-130 was approved at the beginning of April. Not sure if I'll be hearing from NVC this month or in may.

Just so that I know...did anybody else's case status not change on the USCIS website after they received their NOA2? I have checked by calling the automated service and by entering the receipt number online, and it still just says 'application received'. Has this happened to anybody else?

Thanks for any help! :D

If u using the case tracker app or jux entering ur case number on da check case status den it takes a while for it to update but da 1 dts up to date is the uscis official account login dts where it’s updated 1s u notified of approvals.. wen we got approved uscis sent a text n an email to check the official account n it was there *case was approved * but the case tracker didn’t update until it was sent to Nvc

Hey everyone - happy new week.

I have a quick question. We previously were asked to organised a joint sponsor and submit more proof of domicile. So we were organizing all of this, and then our case got updated and everything was accepted. So we called to confirm and they said yep we are organizing the interview with the Sydney consulate. However we have everything they asked for originally so my question is if I upload the Joint sponsor form and the proof of domicile, will this push our case back?

I was told by others on FB that if we brought new documents to the interview and not upload them, they would get us to upload them anyway. But I'm concerned if we upload new docts this will push our interview date back.

Any help would be much appreciated!!
