On April 12, 2019, we sent your case, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXXX, to the Department of State for visa processing.

HOW MUCH TIME WOULD IT TAKE PLEASE?

6 to 8 weeks to get the NVC case number right now.

NVC received our case on 4/16.. any prediction on when we will be assigned a case number?

For most cases, it will take about 6 weeks to receive a case number, mine took 6 weeks and 3 days.

You should receive a case number by the week of 5/28.

I also saw a member got their case number within 3 weeks....lucky them.....

Hi. Everyone who had their accepted document that got rejected after months all of a sudden, don't worry about it. You don't need to do anything. Its juts a glitch.

So i called nvc again, the third time today. I was continuously told that they didn't reject anything and everything is accepted. Even though i see that its rejected on my end but they don't see it. The representative told me 3-4 times that nothings rejected.

I insisted again and again and i was told if I'm concerned then i can attach a screenshot on ceac under additional documents and submit it with a comment that I see its rejected and why is it so. So then they’ll respond to my screenshot of “rejected document”

I think we don't need to submit anything especially any 2018 taxes because that will put us back 3 weeks.

if anyone else called too and has something to share, pls share it so I might take a step too.
