NVC Filers - April 2019

He made 32k now, so do you think our joint sponsor needs to submit his 2018 tax transcripts too, because I don't think we need him for 2018.

That is what I don’t like and don’t understand just like what @kartinee23 said, that happened to me yesterday first it said we need my husband 2017 or 2018 tax transcript and and his birth certificate for household, because they could read his BC so I had to resubmitted it.

 

 

i submitted his BC on April 18 and not his 2017 transcript because we waiting for IRS mail it to him WHICH WILL TAKE 7-10 days. No he couldn’t get it online.

 

 

now yesterday Ceac touched my case and change everything to accepted and didn’t touch the resubmitted BC which was uploaded April 18.

 

 

 

all this is confusing and I don’t understand what in the whole they doing. I am trying to finger out if their computer get jailbreak or what and I won’t laugh cuz I am serious.

 

 

If anyone called NVC pls update us so we can understand what they doing because all they doing is confusing all of us.

Yes someone else tell me leave it don’t update anything becuase I never know they will reset the clock back to 3 weeks waits.

 

I think it best to wait instead upload them and wait El3 weeks when we will hear from them any day now.

I resubmitted the tax transcript now, the one I submitted on 18th April hasn't been reviewed, I'm still waiting for them. They have frustrated everything in me. I'm asking God for mercy now

In His time is all I can say. Thinking of everything how NVC is doing these stuffs will just make me crazy. 🙏🏽

You know the IRS can fax the transcripts to you. I couldn’t get mine online as I kept getting an error but then I call them and they faxed it to me.

I understand same thing happen to my husband. Well damn I could have tell my husband let them fax t to my lawyer instead mailing. I will call him and tell him have them fax it to the lawyer.

They didnt leave any msg

i dont knw why it is rejected 

i called them twice

First time they was talking all . They actually didn’t know what was going one. The guy didnt help at all. 

Second time the lady said they sent no message today, they didnt review anything, they didnt reject anything. Im like shocked that she didnt even see anything rejected. 

I guess its just a glitch. Need prayers guys, im so done

We both didn’t get case complete email

both are under supervisors review 

and both got an accepted document rejected today all of a sudden

Did u get a message on ceac or email that your documents were rejected? Or u just  logged in to see if they were rejected?

I am completing udderly tired of NVC. WHY I. THE WORLD DUE WE HAVD TO HAVE PAPER SUBMITTED TO THEM BEFIRE AN INTERVIEW TAKES PLACE. WHEN YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO BRING THE DOCUMENTS ANYWAYS. JUST CRAZY
