You submitted 2017 transcript or 2018 please

On March 15 I resubmitted my 2017 transcripts (on their CEAC message they asked for me to submit either one) as 2018 were not available until June per the IRS when I called to have them fax to me. On April 8th the NVC accepted everything but now asked to submit my "proof of domicile". The same day we resubmitted my "proof of domicile" and now we are waiting for that last document to be approved as everything else was already accepted.

That is so weird. How long can it take them to check the remaining two docs.

No idea. They did not leave any note. I wouldn’t even know the change they made yesterday if I did not go on our file.

Same here

they rejected my tax transcript that was accepted in December

but they didnt reject my household members tax transcript

They didn't reject my joint sponsor tax transcript as well. They said my husband own is blurry but they accepted it since February and now they just realized is blurry. We're just facing the same thing here. Why did they reject yours

So just heard back from the NVC after resubmitting my "proof of domicile" on April 8th. So because we have 2 different documents both relating to my "proof of domicile" they want both documents to be uploaded separately. This is so ridiculous as both documents are related to my "proof of domicile". I just uploaded them separately and now up to 3 more weeks of wait.

So fu$%# done with this process!!!

This is bullcrap, all they are supposed to check is if the documents are correct. You will be submitting documents to CO at interview anyways.

Is this message posted online or did they tell you on the phone.

I know, right???? Both documents are related to my "proof of domicile"!!!! I just don't get it!!! Our lawyers even put a note on under the notes section explaining what the documents were. I am pretty sure whoever reviewed it was lazy and didn't even read both documents and just decided to reject them as he/she saw that there were 2 different documents (even though they are related to my proof of domicile").

I got the email to check and saw the message. Here is the actual message:

We are unable to accept multiple document types combined. Please delete these documents and submit each document under the appropriate document type.
