So after uploading my husband documents, the rejected the birth certificate because it was cut off at the bottom. But the also rejected the police record for with no reasoning. so i just re-scanned it and submitted it. does anyone know why they would have rejected it? its less than a year old and it was clear.

I suggest you call up nvc and find out why police certificate was rejected. They might reject again and u will lose more time. I have heard they give explanation on the phone why it was rejected in the first place.

Also, Sometimes when you upload the same doc again. Write a cover letter explaining how this is the official certificate issued in your country  and it's less than 1 yr old, etc.

Wow congratulations

in just a week, god bless man

what embassy?

It’s Hong Kong. I haven’t seen much HK VJ members so not sure if this is a busy embassy. Do you think I can still get a chance for a May interview?

Yay, just 7 days. I didn’t expect that and NVC didn’t challenge my HK PC. They left me a feedback that the PC will be sent to the HK Consulate directly and then accepted it.
