I TRYING TO FINHER OUT IF TO LOAD ALL OF THEM AGAIN LOL I SCARED.

Hi. That’s pretty scary not knowing I’d the other documents were uploaded wrong. If it were me...I would upload all the documents just in case. Better safe than sorry. They will ignore any duplicates anyway. At least you can avoid another 3 week wait due to an RFE

listen I almost pass out, remember I said let me go check see if my stuffs uploaded right, how about the one I see was sideway. Lord help me I was trying for one hour to upload it again and make sure put a note to it. I finally get it done, but the thing is the ones I cant see I don't know if any of them may be sideway. so I am not 100% sure what I will get CC or RFE.

ALL I CAN DO IS PRAY.

But didn’t you saved all the scanned documents somewhere before uploading them in the CEAC website? You should just be able to check them wherever you saved them before you uploaded them into the system.

They should not change once you load them in the CEAC website.....

I know what you mean, someone else did it for me and no once it’s load nothing can change, can’t edit or view them.

If I load them again it will only confusion them.

So i called nvc and found out i uploaded the wrong BC. They wanted the longer version.

Two types of birth certificates are available: a condensed version called an "Extracto de Acta" and a longer version, called an "Acta Inextensa," which contains more information. Both versions are legitimate civil documents; however, post requires only the Acta Inextensa is accepted  be submitted for immigrant, K and V visa purposes due to its more complete nature. Dominican civil documents used for visa purposes do not need to be legalized.

You meant this is for the beneficiary BC right? Not the petitioner? I haven’t heard any today. So impatient now. I just want to know if every single document is accepted and I can just wait for interview. I hope ours are fine.

Did you ask if this will delay your CC for another 2weeks?
