I have a friend who filed for Vietnam embassy just few weeks ago.

After cc with NVC, it took her exactly three weeks to receive the interview letter via email.

Once you you see that email, your interview date should be within two weeks.

It seems NVC have a "standard time" of processing our documents now, regardless they are busy or not....

 

I submitted my documents on April 3, and uploaded one additional doc on April 11....don't know if NVC will review my docs based on my first submission date, or I have to wait in line again after the second submission.

 

I'm almost there....

April 3rd should be count, but I am curious you still had the submit documents button option open or you haven't submitted on April 3rd as its grayed out (disable) and you cant submit until they review  it and ask you to submit needed docs.

Oh my...did I do something wrong? 😨But the status was showing submitted, and I didn't have any problem uploading another doc on April 11.
Perhaps is like you can't touch what you have submitted already, but you can still upload additional doc as you wish.

Oh okay, your count should be april 3rd! your looking at Thursday to hear something most likely. if not then end of this week...

listen I almost pass out, remember I said let me go check see if my stuffs uploaded right, how about the one I see was sideway. Lord help me I was trying for one hour to upload it again and make sure put a note to it. I finally get it done, but the thing is the ones I cant see I don't know if any of them may be sideway. so I am not 100% sure what I will get CC or RFE.

Any one knows why when scheduling appointment for visa interview you get error message case id entered not found though it is supposed to be activated

Incorrect. I was told by nvc rep.  It starts all over.  That is why I only got one half of mine reviewed. I added to the aos docs on 3/28. The rest on 3/26

Pretty bad luck then whoever are resubmitting and uploading later...their system sucks!
