NVC Filers - April 2019

Just got the second RFE for the second case. For the same reason. I have to call NVC to know what they want because is the 2nd time I submit the papers and now I have to do it again.

Well if your document is approved, you are done with NVC and the next step is interview. i look at it as UCSIS is part 1, NVC part 2 and Interview at consular office Part 3. getting document approved is 2/3.... hope i answered your question

Got the message today. It’s been rejected since 4/8. They claimed they sent me a message then.  I called on 4/11 and was told they had not reviewed yet

It wasn’t sideways on my end.  But was on theirs.  U mean to tell me the department of state can’t flip the flipping thing around ???  Smh

lol....depending on consulate, you should get the interview date soon. however note that the day  may  be btw 2-5 wks from the day you get the interview letter. I would advise you start looking at tickets after you get your interview date.

Well, different cases different timing, however on the average i would say 8-15 days....

Ain’t this a bit** my top documents are still showing as submitted. Like they haven’t accepted those yet.  Smh. Are this subjected to rejection. I’m pulling my hair out now

You haven’t met my wife.  She’s been asking be to skip waiting for  the cc part and go back.  It took a lot out of me to ask her to wait for cc.
