Congratulations on your approval, my case was approved on February 27 and Nvc received it on March 28 (which is too long for me) I’ve called Nvc last week and I’ve told my case is on electronic process until I don’t know when   My question when should I get a case and invoice number my I130 was received by Nvc for almost 3 weeks now I’m a us citizen filing for my spouse.

Would someone be able to dumb this down for me? I’m doing the tax info/sponsor part of the application and I’m wondering how I should upload all of the documents. I’ve looked at the resources provided and I still feel like a deer in the headlights.

I am currently living with my dad and he is applying as a joint sponsor. Should I make both of our applications into separate PDFs along with the transcripts as separate PDFs?

It can be in May if they accepted everything if not then June. All I want is to talk out of the Embassy and say thank God it’s over without them asking for anything else.

i hate having to go to the Embassy becuase that is make my heart beat fast 😂😂😂😂.

also my 3 year old daughter school close in June even tho I don’t have to wait til June.

But I really think it may be June because May is around the corner l. It take 1-2 months in bahamas.
