Same thing happened to us yesterday. My husband was annoyed. He was on hold for 1.5 hours only to be told they can’t give us update and wait. 😁

April 1 here. No update yet! I read earlier someone got a CASE complete today. She submitted March 29. 🤗

I submitted my civil docs on the 5th of April. I'm now noticing that I didn't sign my police certificate 😣😣 silly me....im I allowed to resubmit b4 the docs are reviewed by nvc?
