you have to wait for the process to change to paid, once it say paid then you can start.

Hey Jeanita! Is this Cr1 you are applying for? We also uploaded ours April 1. No update (ceac account) nor e-mail yet. Let’s keep each other posted.

Hey @Kartinee23 Do you know what your embassy is? I am uploading my documents today so will be behind you a couple weeks but will be a good estimate to see the current wait for interview at consulate. Mine is Montreal.

Hi! Yes! All IMMIGRANT visa interviews in Canada will only be in Montreal. Mine is CR1 so it is Montreal. It shows in your CEAC account as well. What type of visa are you applying for? I checked the USCIS website and they are currently processing March 23 applicants. So looking for April 19th for an update with mine.

Hello, I am about to submit my DS260 and have a confusion on my address & Police clearance certificate (PCC) information. Appreciate any advice from you guys!

So, today I received PCC where the Police station name  is not matching  with the Passport one since, police station name is changed (may be in last couple of months)! Though PCC clearly mentioned ex name (same as Passport) & new name, I am wondering is that be a problem/ reason for PCC rejection? And, in DS 260: should I use the same present address as Passport (Old Police station name, other information matches) or new Police station name?   Also do you think, I should update the passport address with new Police station name to be a safe side? My parents passport was renewed  6 months ago and will be a pain to reissue for just to update police station information?

Proof of citizenship?  I see that for CEAC, it's only showing for the petitioner "Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence".

My attorney didn't send one.  It was sent with the I130.  Praying  there's no RFE.
