Thank you

How much KB do I need to look for on a document or photo to know it’s 2mb or less which is the appropriate size for NVC?

Usually when a document is above 1024KB, it's size will be shown in MB.

Nonetheless, 2MB = 2048KB so document should be below 2048KB (2MB).

So after submitting all documents, it goes from “submitted” to “accepted” to “qualified” on ceac?

The qualified part is an email status and not a document status. [Paraphrasing] The email will say all your documents have been reviewed and accepted so you are documentarily qualified. The documents themselves will not show qualified.

What’s the difference between i864 and i864z ,-and what form should I fill out ? Thankfully My employment income is significantly more than what is required for a two person household without adding in my assets which my husband is listed as primary beneficiary or contingent . However for the past three years we only used my income .

So the status of the documents on ceac always show “submitted”?

If you are sponsoring just one person and you are using only your employment income or salary then you can file either I864 or I864ez. Otherwise, you file I864.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I had the PCC done for my wife directly from police station. Seems like NVC will accept only if it is issued from Passport office.

@AM & GV I hope you got your PCC from passport office too.

Since our spouses reside in the same country how did you get the marriage certificate to fit the appropriate size since it’s long. Idk when you got married but in 2016 the marriage certificate in Ghana was not standard size
