I got all my documents accepted yesterday but no case complete or documentary qualified email. So i called them and they sent it for supervisor review because they were not sure why i didn’t receive any email about cc/rfe/or anything. 

Called them 3 times in last two times. Found out today that the representative said that “it was a human error by our review team, they accepted documents but forgot to send out CC message or RFE message.”

so now supervisor will review it, generally takes 6 weeks to hear back from them. So representative advised me that “its better if i just upload the same document of employment proof which was accepted already. This way I’ll hear back in 2 weeks because someone will review it again and then they’ll send out a message for case complete or rfe as required.  So we will not have to wait for 6 weeks. At least will hear in 2 weeks.” 

 

This is for those who have all accepted documents but no cc email or message. Hope this helps

Hello guys,

I just wanted to say this to the ones waiting to get their interview dates. I understand how frustrated you are. We all have been there, some longer than the others. We are all in the boat, yearning to be reunited with our loved ones. They say it right that good things come to people who wait. This wait can get very frustrating, there is so much uncertainty, no one can predict what the outcome will be. Unless yours is an exceptionally busy embassy you will definitely get an interview usually within a month or so. It could take over 3 months or even longer for some others. But know that this will end soon. We are all so close to ending the distance. Whenever you feel extremely frustrated, remember why you chose to go through this exhausting long process in the first place and be patient. The end is close. 🙂 Good Luck everyone!

Hello everyone, 

I have been following on here for a long time but this is the first time posting. 

My case complete was on the 13th April 2019

PD 13th April 2018.

I am awaiting an interview date. 

I haven't seen anyone that has gotten a date for May for the Sydney consulate? 

Just trying to estimate my wait time and see if on the slight chance I might get an interview in May..

No. Not always. Sometimes they take over a week to send out the CC emails. You can call them up and place a request for them to send it if you don't get it in a week.

The only thing they looked at was a little photo album with our photos of wedding reception and travels. I suppose they judge you with how you respond to the questions and how confident you are.
