In my case, the doctor chose the date and time of my medical. I am not sure about the other hospitals though. My appointment was at 9.30 am and biometrics is at 10.30 tomorrow.

Yes they take forever to call...What you have to do is keep calling an agent until one of them can transfer you to a supervisor on the spot. I had to do this when my portal wasn't working. Its a pain in the butt but you gotta do what you gotta do. I also got that too..an email to check my portal but there was no change. I swear NVC and CEAC is a hot mess! The thing with NVC is you have to remain persistent because they dont care...we are just numbers to them

Yea i will try to look for available time in morning for biometrics based on the time of her medical so she doesnt have to stay there one extra day or she can either have those done after her medical and like u said it all depends on her medical appointment.

NVC regular phone line should be able to tell you if you are case complete or not.

I'm really tried. When I got the email to check on the ceac website, there was an update anyway, all the documents i submitted was accepted, but no message from them.

This is very weird ,i dont understand why they do that like keep people hanging during the process. Like Mrsamoah mentioned keep calling them and asked them why you dont get your cc even after your all documents been accepted or if there is any other document require. If still they deny to answer you ,get your senator office involved .

But she has to correct the reports the next day right? I don't think they will give the reports on the same day. They told me if my reports are okay they will call me up and ask me to pick it up from there tomorrow.

It’s embassy specific. Mine is only 3 months. Requirements are different for Nvc (1 year) but make sure to bring a current one to the interview.

They said because I requested for a supervisor call, that is the supervisor that will give the final decision

That is really puzzling me...if they havent requested anything else and all documents are accepted then it should say documentarily qualified
