Try calling NVC and ask them about it. The wait could be longer than half an hour but still faster than emailing.

Am in Jordan the petition filled here and approved then transferred to the visa dept so nvc

Yes it is ir2 and everything was ok but as I said I went back before choosing the date available and on last step it says case not found ..They insist everything is ok and case uploaded I need to know if there is a solution to the problem since it is going for more than 10 days

Sorry, I am not sure what to suggest here except for calling NVC. Will wait to hear from someone who has knowledge about it.

So basically you are saying that the petition was approved by USCIS and has now been forwarded to NVC? Am I right? Or did you get Case Complete from NVC

Hi , my visa category CR2 and NVC complete and approved it March 19,2019 . Waiting for embassy interview appointment at Philippines . Curious to know the processing waiting times to get an appointment date . I found one in timeline same date got completed but no date of interview  . Hoping to have a schedule next month. Inputs ??

You can take a look at immigration timelines for your country here https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=&op1=3&op3=17&op5=&op6=All

should give you an idea of when you should be expecting an apointment.

If your case is at NVC and you just got your case number, this is where you should log in https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx enter the case number and invoice id number which will be on the Welcome Letter that you recieved from NVC. Pay  the required fees, fill the online forms as instructed on the website and submit the required documents. Once all the fees are paid, forms filled and NVC accepts all the documents your case will be put in the queue for an interview.

All my documents was accepted but no message of case close or nomessage at all. I called them they said it depends on the supervisor. That the supervisor has the final decision. I involved the supervisor and request he call me because since February 4th it has been RFE upon RFE. Now I don't know what to do. I heard supervisor calls between 2 to 3 weeks. Please I need help

I know I can do it in Mumbai. I flew to Hyderabad for the medical so I thought of doing the biometrics as well. I read that I could do it in any city where they have OFC locations. I just wanted to get everything done quickly so I have less to worry about before the interview. 😜 I am so worried about the interview makes me all cringy and nervous.

I would suggest that you do it on two different days. I thought I will be done with the medical in 3-4 hrs but took me 6 hrs. By the time, you finish the medical you will be tired, your arms are going to hurt and you are going to want to jump on the bed instead of another appointment. I am down with a fever after the vaccinations. 😜 The time required for the medical also depends on how busy the medical facility is where you decide to go. Just like one of the posters mentioned above, you can also do it a day or two before your interview in Mumbai. I booked mine because I didn't want to worry about or go anywhere else before the interview and just rest in the hubby's arms and eat and sleep. I know that the night before the interview I won't get any sleep. 😅

Yea i dont want that kina hustle too which is one day prior to interview date ,want to get her done before we even go mumbai. I will ask her to do biometric first in the morning then go for medical on same day since she need to go to new delhi to get the work done. Also she have to go new delhi anyways for her medical so its better to have biometrics done at new delhi as well.
