I didn't even get a case complete email. I only found out when I called them. I got the interview email a month after CC. You can call them and ask about it, and also place a request to send an email about your CC.

We also got our Interview letter just now. 

 

CC : Mar 8th

Interview Date: May 31st

Consulate: Mumbai

 

Feeling kinda miffed though that we got the last day in May And we were approved on 8th March. I'm really happy for others that got their dates in the first half of May, but I'm also perplexed by why they'd schedule ours so late .. 

Does anyone know if an expedite request works in this case ?

It's all based on Priority date also. not when your case completion happens
