Is there any way to know this?

You can check timelines for your visa from your embassy and see how long it took other filers to receive an interview.  this month a lot of people still have not gotten interview dates yet with CC in early March.  Yours is just a few days ago so it will really depend on who is in line in front of you and there is no official way to know.  The only thing you can do is check the timelines here for an estimate.

I know one member from Nigeria with late February CC, but got April 1st interview date. Just as everyone say, each case is different; some get early, others late. Hoping for May Interview.
