I have a quick question I’m hoping someone can help,my case is IR2 for my 7 year old son so he went for Pre-Interview to submit all original documents at the embassy and they accepted them all just waiting for the interview next week,so my question is :Is it possible that they might request more documents or them accepting the ones submitted means they are good with what they have?

I wonder if anyone can advise me on something. My wife and kids are waiting for an interview date for Sydney, and at this point it looks like 2 of the kids passports will be less than 6 months from expiry by the time that comes around.

Is the 6 month thing a hard and fast rule at the interview? Should we send away for new passports asap? (Added complication, they are British)

Thanks!

Jason

Damn, what a pain...better send to UK tomorrow then.

Don't you have a local UK embassy in the country you are in currently, they will issue the new passport.
