Congratulations to you, hopefully they will start working on 2018 cases too this week or next

Thanks! Yes, that's what I think too. If you have a March CC,

you will most likely hear soon. Not much longer. Good Luck!😊

U will hear by next week. For me it usually takes two weeks for them to answer.

Did u also submit employment documents? They asked me to submit mine. I only submitted employment.

what was ur total income? Do y think u were under poverty line? Cuz i dont think i am. Im over it.

My tax returns show 0 income for the past 3 years(live overseas with my spouse I am petioning), but I do have US based assets that are over the requirement. I included evidence of this on the Ceac site. To ensure there’s no doubt that my husband will not be a burden on the US we also included his assets with evidence. Adding a joint sponsor was recommended, not required. Will be so annoyed if uploading a joint sponsor made us lose our March 22nd case complete. Will call Nvc soon. Good luck to you on this stressful journey!

Thank you! Fingers crossed! Hope not just you but everyone with February and March CC get the dates soon. Makes me so happy when the feed is filled with happy people and their interview dates. I am sure this week or next week that's what will happen. 😊

Surprisingly they already filled the dates at mumbai consulate till may 16th, seems like we might have to wait till june and i hope that wont be the case.

My embassy scheduled their PD 2017 person for mid May at mine too and I am almost 100% sure my embassy didn't fill.  This seems to be the trend, I bet you will get an interview date end of May like I hopefully will.  Nobody has gotten dates on here yet from 2018 really so I think we will hear something soon.

@TechManager Just sent you a pm with a question! I was wondering if your CEAC status was changed to "in transit"? Also awaiting an interview at the Seoul embassy with a similar CC date.

I replied to your PM. Anyway, the NVC will only change the status after the official email with the letter and info package has been sent. (The email I received was just a reply from the written inquiry unit, who gave me a heads-up.)

I thought that once interview was scheduled, the email was like automatic almost. That is weird that they haven't sent yours and makes me think the scheduling process is a little different than we think.  It is good news you got an interview though as your category is not CR1/ IR1 and those usually get appointments around the same time.  Hopefully we are next.

Called NVC, our case complete is valid!! NVC will not review the documents for joint sponsor, they are just for consular Officer to have access to. Back in the waiting for May interview game.

Okay i will call them. But they told me to submit employment documents too which I did. I never received case complete email even though everything is accepted except the employment proof i sent in on April 1st

okay. if everything else  is accepted then  you'll get reply in 2-3 weeks.

Though, you can ask regarding that joint sponsor & decision at interview message.

sorry if i cause you confusion.
