Yep you put yourself back at the back of the line. Remember NVC only collects our documents they do not approve or deny they just accept. So just bring the updated I-864 and documents to interview.

 

Now you have to wait for the next Case Complete. They may be nice and still have you in interview queue. Fingers crossed.

it’s taking way too long to schedule interviews this month, they are barely working on them, last week just 2 interviews were scheduled and today none as far as I see😕

Congrats! I don’t remember are you cr1/ir1?  Did they give you exact date?

EB2 category and they said that my May date will be confirmed in the letter which I will receive "shortly".

 

I'll post the date when I receive the letter.

My PD is September 25, 2017

We had to delay the process as my husband was unable to file taxes for the past 3 years and we don't have any other sponsor. So it took us a while to file everything and get the transcripts.

I hope that interview goes okay and I can finally be with my love.
