but the nvc says my 42k isn’t enough for a family of 4. 🤔 even itnis clear that it is!

 

im going to leave it to the eyes of the consular. I think it’s really clear!

Exactly, to me I think we qualify easily with family of 4. Mine is actually $42000 too

idk maybe theres a new rule ans 42k is not enough or so.

I would just go to the interview with what you have and possibly another joint sponsor if you have one. It’s always at the CO’s discretion even if you are above the poverty line. It isn’t NVCs decision, they’re just giving you a heads up. Their job is just to make sure filers have the correct documents for the interview.

I suppose🤷🏻‍♀️But really I do t think they can just “make up” rules. 

I think that it’s strange how the nvc states this when the documents are quite clear. I’m prepared to use the non traditional income but since it is t advised and since I don’t really need it. I’m gonna just let it to Allah and let it be as it is. For now.

 Have anyone got interview date today?

it’s taking way too long to schedule interviews this month, they are barely working on them, last week just 2 interviews were scheduled and today none as far as I see😕

Been stuck here waiting for the interview email 🤦🏼‍♀️ I hope they start scheduling them soon, it will give us some hope 😅

I will take the backup joint sponsor form with me to interview along with financial docs and w2 and transcripts.  But what i read in the reviews said that its better to submit in ceac online before interview cuz thn they tell u to go back home and add another joint sponsor online. They basically hold u passport at interview and tell u to attach online after interview. They dont look at the form that u have in ur hand unless its uploaded and accepted by nvc. 

 

Should i still not upload it on ceac and just bring it to interview?

I called them last week and they said u can submit one if u want to avoid delays. They said if u think u meed the poverty line, then u can leave it. Its upto, u can submit it. They didnt say that i should bring it to interview. They said submit. 

Now i dont knw if i should submit it, submitting more documents mean more time for case complete. Also because im above poverty line i knw for a fact, i wasjist thinking to ignore it. The CO just cant hold us even if we are above poverty line. But yet again, they can do anything lol

You could call again today before 9 est. I guess two things could happen- you could submit nothing and go to the interview and worst case they ask you to get another sponsor or you submit and it delays your CC.

If you look at last month schedule dates you notice that most of them were scheduled March 13, so hope we hear from them this week around that date 🤞🏼

Yea same with Feb lol I checked both!
