Question about all fees after NOA2/NVC for London Interview

Me and my fiance recently got our Noa2, and are in the process of getting everything situated for the interview (everyone on here has been amazing so far with all the help!), but me and my fiance are just curious about one thing, the fees.  We are going through the USCIS site for our consulate, and I see that step 1 is filling out the form DS-160, then getting all the supporting documents, then booking the medical and getting that done, then the interview.  From what I am seeing, you have a fee for the DS-160, then a fee for the medical, then an MRV application fee when scheduling the interview (what exactly is the MRV fee?), from what I was seeing the DS-160 is $265, the medical exam is $430, and the MRV application fee when scheduling the interview(still not 100% certain what this is), is $265.  So from what all I have been seeing after she has all her forms ready for the interview, she pays (in dollars) 265-ds160, 430-medical, and 265-MRV?

Please confirm/correct me on anything, thank you so much in advance!

There's no DS-160 fee. There's only one visa fee, the MRV 265 dollars.

Medical depends on the country. Check your embassy's website for the right price.
