The online case status didn't update but has updated today saying an RFE was sent on August 5th

I got an RFE dated 7/22. Received it in the mail 7/27. The site showed 7/22 as the date they sent RFE. So hopefully their site is incorrect in your case. But looking at the data it might be a 2nd; sorry to say

Case tracker updated again yesterday to say RFE response received so I'm assuming they have to do it in steps. Good news though

Yeah that’s good, I guess the date of the RFE on the site was wrong

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

Here I am just quoting and requoting myself lol...But we were approved!!!!

NOA1: 4/23

NOA2: 8/8

So far, nothing on either app or website, no text or email from USCIS. I saw it on today's Informed Delivery and then got the letter in the mail.

So I just checked on the old site and it said we get RFE, haven’t get the letter yet as it said they mailed it out on 7/30, but it took around 4-5 weeks last time for my fiancé to get NOA1, finger crossed, hopefully they require other documents that do not need me to sign on it.

just another question here, does anyone encounter that when they put correct receipt number on the old tracking site but nothing happened? It worked for me at first time when I searched it today only, which is why I saw that we have RFE.

thanks. ☺️
