I have a big problem

I received a letter today from uscis and it was pink.

it stated that the office was unable to process my application to adjust status without initial information.

it said i must submit all info below or will result in denial.

you are also ineligible for employment authorization until 90 days after the missing initial evidence is recieved.

cna somebody tell me what do i need to send in because i am confused.

the letter said: the sponsor or joint sponsor if Required must submit the following

Federal income tax returns for the most recent tax year or certified irs copies.

Statement in place of federal tax returns.

Extensions.

W-2s, 1099 and all schedules submitted to the irs if if a copy of his her federal tax return is being submited and/or the sponsor or joint sponsor requested an extension to file tax return.

Really what the hell to they want?

We had sent w2s for sponsor and joint for the pass three years what else are we suppose to send.

My advice is that you should send in everything that's on the pink sheet, even if you sent them before. Many people have experienced this, so there's no cause for alarm. I also got the pink RFE, and just sent them everything they requested, including employment letters. Btw, did you include any 1099s if applicable? Good luck.

Hope it worked out for you.

I know it's frustrating and a inconvenience but it is always best to just re-send everything they ask for.

Echoing what everyone said ...resend...

If they want certified copy of tax papers, go to this site Form For Certified Copy Of Tax Papers from IRS and download the form. I believe there is a $2 fee.
