You can contact your embassy. 

 

But its literally been only few days...

29.11.2013 - NoA1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview. 

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

OP said 28 Feb, not 28 Mar.  Contact the Embassy on Monday.  Have you checked the status on CEAC site?  It could be in Administrative Processing.

The visa was ISSUED on March 28.......it's been only 2 days......and  cases go through AP BEFORE being issued.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Yes I check ceac and it shows issued since 21st of march

Yes I was given and I register to update my information. That is how I found out on ceac that the Visa was issued on the 21st of March 2019

Hi Ben. Seems like your case is exactly like mine. I had my interview on the same day as you and CEAC shows my visa has been issued but I’m yet to receive my passport. A friend of mine who also had his interview the same day has received his. His visa was issued on 5th March but he was notified to pick it up on 21st March. I guess all we can do now is wait.
