My fiancée just got approved at her interview today! Now time to just wait for the visa to arrive. 😃 (she already completed her CFO)

When did she received her packet 3? I didn't hear yet from NVC and everytime I check my case # its says "at NVC".

Congrats and happy trip to your fiance!!

Hello, @Greenbaum. I am so sorry. I have a question please. I filled out my DS-160 and already submitted. Unfortunately, I realized that I should click the "YES" instead of No to one of the question there. That question is "if I attended any educational institution" I got confused. I mistakenly cliked "NO" instead of "YES" as I graduated my college and have college degree. 😢😢

Can I fill out a new DS-160? Do I having a problem now? 😢😢😢

Thank you vey very much!!

I did the same exact thing a few days ago. I contacted my Embassy, they said it was ok to just do a new one which I did. I made sure I printed out the latest DS-160 confirmation and threw out the old. I already knew they would tell me to do a new one so I started it and then saved it until I confirmed I can do so.  Talk to or email the Embassy so at least they have a note of it and for your peace of mind.

I recommend visiting Hank’s site as it will have all the answers on steps of the Philippines-specific K1 process there.

You can try an open the submitted DS-160 and make your corrections or create a new one with the educational part completed properly. Submit the new one and print off the DS-160 and present the new one to the interview. It's done all the time and you have not jeopardized your case.

Ran through the interpretation for the NVC case number and our case was created on May 12th.  Hopefully we'll be in the end of the month shipment!

I really appreciate all of the useful information in this thread, especially from @Greenbaum!

Kind of worried! Using DHL, I saw that my file was delivered and signed for on May 17th. However, I reached out the embassy and they stated they didn't receive a file yet from NVC

Our file left the 14th for Sydney, and according to the DHL hack they signed for it on the 20th. However, the embassy is still telling my fiancé they don’t have it and our CEAC status still says “In Transit”. What could be the hold up? Feeling frustrated.
