Contact is of two forms. One is your status on CEAC and the other is when the embassy contacts you with the P3. Of course, as it has been said you can go on the website and download all that is needed. You can also go back through this thread where I have posted many links to use concerning the UK. That is where you should be engaged now. You should change your nik to HandfulOne1! :jest:

@Greenbaum Thanks (again).  I know some of my questions are repeats, but my nerves are a wreck and consequently seeking reassurance. Your time and feedback are apperciated. Thanks so much..HopefulOne1 A.K.A. HandfulOne1 :lol:

My NOA2 was April 26 2019 but still no update from NVC. 😢 I always check my NVC case # and always says "at NVC". Anyone know the estimated arrival in Philippines. 😢

We have no way of knowing specifics from your case. Eveyone is different. Every embassy is different.

No on can say with any certainty when anything will happen with your file. Its been said over and over. The answer will as always be the same. There are too many places on VJ to tell you where to even look.

I think i have referenced some places to look and you can find it from the very first post in this thread.

Have you thought of changing your nik to HandfulOne2?

Thanks so much Greenbaum. But, can I ask if there is cases that your papers already have NVC case # and invoice # from NVC and NVC will still disapporved the petition? Ugh!! I am thinking too much!

NVC is not in charge of approval or the denial of a visa including yours. They're there to assign a case number and to insure that USCIS has properly completed the vetting of a foreigner. Done.

Stop overthinking this process. It is so simple but yet you and hundreds of others worry to no end. Do what is asked and don't worry about what they didn't ask. Simple. If 99% of those apply get a visa why are you worrying that you'll be a 1%er?

Our visa docs made it to Manila earlier tonight (checked the DHL site). Yay!! 🎉

Hiiii!!  I am also from Phil. I am the beneficiary. My NOA2 was April 26. I already called NVC and gave me my case# and invoice #. However, everytime I check my case # at CEAC it says "AT NVC". Can I ask if you already received notification from NVC or yours is already "on transit"?  😢😢

Thanks so much.

Thanks so much.

When did NVC assign the case #? If it was assigned Wednesday 05/08 or later, it wouldn’t have been included in the 05/14 embassy shipment (meaning your case is where it should be). In that situation, your case will probably be shipped out with the next grouping on 05/28.

Take our case for example: case # was assigned Friday 04/26 and our case was not shipped out until 05/14.

Ohh.. The, NVC rep we spoke just gave us our NVC case # and invoice #. She didn't told us when it was case # and invoice # assigned.

Anyhow, we will just wait for the updates. We're just wondering if we can have schedule now for my interview and medical.

Thanks again and god bless.
