Please @Greenbaum is there a thread for adjustment of status ? Thank you

Yes but only after marriage. AOS for the interview will be in your P3 letter which will reference the I-134. To find a guide you'll need to get out of your safe room and look around VJ menus and you'd be surprised at what you'll find. Try GUIDES from the blue ribbon at the top of the page.

Good afternoon, I already have the NCV case number. I need you to help me because when I try to send the passport copy it says that I already registered, but that happened two years ago when I applied for a tourist visa and they denied it to me.  now I do not remember the day or the month that I went to ask for what I can do, I need help.

I am in the process of k1

Submit an inquiry at the CGI website, tell them your case number and your name and your new application ID, they will correct it.  https:/cgifederal.secure.force.com

Some had just followed the link  https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/applicanthome clicked on "Provide Feedback" on the menu on the left, chose "Online system errors" on the "reason" drop down menu, wrote about the discrepancy in my new DS-160 application number and the schedule confirmation they sent me in the "comments" box, and attached a photo of my DS-160 application confirmation. 10 minutes later I got an email with the a schedule confirmation that had the new DS-160 application number.

I went on a tour in Istanbul on 6/1/2014. This is still considered I traveled outside the country within 5 years?

This might sound stupid but I want to make sure I'll answer the question on DS160 correctly.

Yes.

Greenbaum's tips:

How to Find Out WHEN Your Case Number was Assigned

For those that don't call every single day and want to know exactly what date their case number was assigned, there's an easy way to find out that simply involves looking at your case number. The first three letters are the three-letter consulate/embassy code. The next four numbers are the year the case number was assigned. The next three numbers are the Julian date it was assigned, plus 500. And finally, the last three numbers are the sequential order of when it was assigned that date. You can find a chart with Julian dates here [10].

For example: MTL2014815162. Let's put some lines in to divide it up. So: MTL|2014|815|162. This means that this case is going through Montreal and the number was assigned on November 11th, 2014, and it was the 162nd case that day to be assigned a number.

You're amazing~! Thank you. <3 If I dd my research right, my case was assigned on May 8th and might have done the shipment. Fixed my timeline! :3

Shout out to @Greenbaum his instructions have helped me through thisstage. Every tip at the beginning of this thread worked out, I got email notifications when my case was received, when it got shipped, the case shipped exactly per the schedule( IE approval before the previous Wednesday), the Case number assignment date advice to determine when it was created matched his guidance, and now, the DHL tracking tool gave me some piece a mind over the last few days. I hope to exit this thread in a few days once my goes to Ready, but wanted to express my thanks throughout the complete process. Thank you!!! Roberto
