I got my case number today too.  CEAC shows At NVC so I think I also missed the boat for today and will probably need to wait till 5/28.  So far so good.  Everything is moving much faster than I expected.

NOA1 1/28

NOA2 4/27

NVC Received 5/10

Case # Received 5/15

Looks like I missed the boat as well, no updates yet. NOA2 april 16

No you will not get a email concerning  the completion of the DS-160. It can be completed from NOA2 to the day before your interview. You're in charge of everything that takes place from case number assignment to interview.

Our case is now ready and I paid our Visa fee yesterday. I tried to do the scheduling but it wont recognize my receipt number yet. Should I wait another 24 hours?

Each embassy works differently so asking in this thread may not get the result you are looking for. I continue to advise that you seek out your sub-forum at this stage of your journey and become an active member with your first step to asking this question.

You should be over in the sub-forum for your region/country. Go up to the blue ribbon, select forums, then scroll down 3/4 of the page and find your sub-forum. Begin asking questions of others who are going through the same embassy as you. Someone from Germany, Spain or Syria is not going to know what you should do next because each embassy has different requirements.

This something new that we just heard from you. Last known cut off has been Wednesday and here on Friday you made the shipping. We'll need to keep an eye on this new information and see if it pans out for others. Good Luck with the interview.

I solved the mystery. They gave me the wrong date. I just looked closer at the CEAC tracker and it says that the case was created at the 6th and not the 9th like I was told.

@Greenbaum I just discovered that in the DHL hack, you can enter EXP 14 MAY 2019B, and more countries come up. Please update the first post.

But why are you interested in seeing all the other countrys? I was quite satisfied with just seeing mine 😉

I couldn’t find Israel using EXP 14 MAY 2019A, so I tried other combinations and that’s how I came up with EXP 14 MAY 2019B and EXP 14 MAY 2019*

I still haven’t found Israel’s reference no.

Ah I see. But maybe it showed nothing for Israel cause nothing has been shipped

Maybe, but on CEAC it shows “in transit” since 5/14/19, and I was finally able to schedule my interview, so I assume that it was shipped.
