About 90 Days Fiance...  We were excited about being on the show until Season 6.  Junior and I decided to pull out of it as we didn’t like how the relationships were being represented and not a legacy we want left behind regarding the love we have for each other.   Also we would be the first gay couple on the show which would have it’s own craziness around it.     I thought it would be a great opportunity for us to show the love and what is possible between two men.  However, per advice given to us, what would be displayed would not be what I would want represented.   So now we pulled the plug on being a part of it.

Neither the fist case number nor the one I got from the NVC works when I enter it at CEAC.state.gov

You have to look under immigrant visa not non-immigrant. Maybe that will already solve the problem.

Make sure to select immigrant visa (please read part8 of the first post of this thread.) then enter the case number given by NVC (starts with 3 letters) I couldn't also track it at first but gave it a day and I was able to track it.

Please,

Does anyone know the month of pregnancy can travel? Can I refuse a verenic visa for pregnancy?

No one can really tell cause that depends on what the airline and your doctor says.

You can also try and ask the embassy if they'll expand your visa. Don't know if they will but it's at least worth asking.

We got the USCIS number, we've been waiting for NVC for a month, but I'm 6 months pregnant, so I'm worried about what the embassy say

That won't affect your chances of getting a visa if you're worried about that.

And you still have enough time to give birth and then move to the U.S.

The safest time to fly during pregnancy is before 37 weeks or, if carrying twins, before 32 weeks, new advice says. The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists says flying is not harmful during a low-risk pregnancy, but there may be side-effects.

You can travel with doctors permission during month 1-8. After 8 it recommend you not travel. If you don't think you will have an interview, receive your visa and be able to be in the US to give birth then it is best to delay your visa interview until after the baby is born and the two of you are ok to travel. You can delay the visa interview up to 1 year. BTW, If the baby is born before you travel you will need to process CRBA for the baby. Then you can travel with baby on your visa and baby's US passport.

Excellent information for CRBA - from 2012 so information may need updating especially fee.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks
