Yes I don't see it.
They are talking about being assigned a number. I have a number already.

The case is not set to ready once it arrives at NVC. The case "ready" status is shown when your file reaches your embassy and the embassy, when ready, will set your record to "ready" on the ceac.state.gov website. That "ready" condition signifies to the beneficiary it's time to start taking the next steps.

NVC doesn't ship out cases but once every other week. Next shipment is tomorrow and Wednesday. Each Embassy is different on how they handle the timing of "ready".  Lots of information on how all this works on the first post of this thread. Your mileage may vary.

We cannot confirm for sure it would be shipped. We think any case that was assigned a number by that Wednesday would be in the shipment. We believe that Wednesday week prior to shipment is the cut off date. So there is a good possibility that your case will ship out tomorrow or Wednesday. Your mileage may vary.

The express ship them using DHL?

Go to the first page of this thread and review the steps and tips contained therein. I give you a lot of information on that page. That's why it there so I don't have to answer this question or others like it.  If it's not there ask and someone will answer. I know the DHL answer is there plus bonus information with a fun HACK to use to follow your case after it ships.

I'm not sure that's true for everyone. I just called NVC this morning and my case was received on April 25th, NOA2 was dated April 15th...so just a bit under 2 weeks.

The person I spoke with said to allow up to 8 weeks for the case number to be assigned 😂🙈🙈😳

I was thinking of calling in a week, does anyone know how long it's taking for case numbers to be assigned?

Case numbers are assigned usually 2-5 days from when they receive the case. The first post by @greenbaum details all of this :)

Based on similar timelines, pretty much all other states (Unfortunately there is no one from my state applying K1 from Turkey) has their NOA2 is approved.

I am worried if anything wrong with my application process (Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between April 17, 2019 and April 27) it is already april 30th.

Do you think I should start calling and ask about my application process? or keep checking CASE STATUS ONLINE?

Did you look at their timeline and see how many days/months it took for them to receive their NOA2? The timeline data you quoted in your post is only a guesstimation on the total VJ community. Some country's are faster then others. Yours seems to be slower then most.
