Maybe little bit off topic but I'm desperate. I recieved Packet 3 from US Embassy in Prague (yaaaaay). However they ask for something called Marriage Ability Statement and I am confused on what it is. It might be Intend to Marry but why just not call it that? Is there any subforum for Czech? I tried to google it on here but all I come up is people asking about it but no answer. There is another document that it could be and I was thinking about asking my embassy but to confirm that I would have to tell it to them in Czech. You think they would know what I am talking about?

People will probably recommend asking this on your UK subforum but I am also interested in this! My fiancé is coming from Croatia and our subforum is not very active so any recommendations here would be greatly appreciated.

Go up to the blue ribbon and select forums then scroll down about 3/4 of the page and find your region.

6 months for Visa 1 year for AOS after marriage.

My NOA1 is 01/07 - California Service Center. Waiting for NOA2 patiently and it looks like process is fast in our favor.

Should I expect  NOA2 notice by email first ? I know I filled form G-1145 with my email and cell number on it. am I supposed to follow up anything at this stage?

Received the case number today! It took 6 days for the NVC to give it.  yay!

Just got my case number too! Hopefully this means we all get sent out in the next batch to the embassies.

Take the time to review the information on the first page of this thread, first post for tips.
