SSN isn't necessarily required, it is for the US citizen but your passport/visa will often serve if you're from outside the US.  Specific document needs often depends on the state/county/city you're getting married in, I would google the specific state/municipality you're planning to get married in for their local requirements.

Ssn is not needed.

Usually you just need a passport.

K1

29.11.2013 - NoA1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview.

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

Hey,

It totally depends on the State and maybe even on the county you get married in. Go to your county website and they should have all the information about the documents you need. SSN is not usually required.

For me it was just the passport (in WA state). But we needed to get this marriage license together 5 days before the wedding.

The best thing to do is get your fiancé petitioner to get all that information.  Depends on which state the fiancé lives in.  I know you must be excited, but I bet your USC fiancé is getting everything in order, 🙂.  Best wishes.

According to the Orange County (the county in which Orlando, FL is under), the requirements are as listed on their website:

https://www.myorangeclerk.com/Divisions/Marriages/Marriage-Licenses

It sounds like the only one that would need the SSN would be the petitioner (the only one at this point whom is a US Citizen).  I would encourage the petitioner to read through the website and contact them directly to iron out any additional questions or doubts.
