Student with Co-Sponsor for I-134

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to search for answers to my questions about the I-134 on other forums, but I have found some conflicting answers. I am especially concerned about the I-134 because I am a student and do not make enough to meet the requirement of a sponsor.

First... my parents have agreed to co-sponsor. Should it be one parent, or can it be both that report income and sign their affidavit?

Second... is it advisable to include tax returns for both me and my parents (whose tax return is quite long)? Are copies of the personal file copy sufficient or do they have to be official, and even some forums I saw they should be notarized?

Third... I held three part-time jobs last semester, and I have a fourth this summer. I have letters from all of these employers... is it a bit too much to include them all since they don't really add up to much? I am paid hourly, but should I estimate an annual income from my tax return?

I appreciate any help!

Thanks,

Jennifer
